The Chief Minister Arogya Arunachal Yojana (CMAAY) provides cashless healthcare coverage to eligible residents of Arunachal Pradesh. Below are the categories of beneficiaries who qualify for the scheme:
Eligible Beneficiaries :
- Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) Members – All APST residents of Arunachal Pradesh.
- State Government Employees & Pensioners – Regular state government employees and pensioners, along with their dependent family members.
- Non-APST Permanent Residents – Residents of Changlang, Lohit, and Namsai districts holding valid Resident Certificates (RCs) issued by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
- Working Journalists – State-accredited journalists registered with the Arunachal Pradesh Union of Working Journalists (APUWJ) and Arunachal Press Club (APC).
Non-Eligible Categories:
The following individuals do not qualify for CMAAY benefits:
- Employees of the Central Government and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

Eligible individuals can enroll for CMAAY through the following methods:
- CMAAY Kiosks: Visit the nearest empaneled hospital for on-site registration.
- Online Registration: Apply via the official CMAAY website or the Arogya Arunachal App.
- Common Service Centers (CSCs): Registration can also be done at designated CSCs across the state.
